Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll be happy to assist. For returns on unopened Items, We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please contact info@sipnsuds.net with your order number to start a return or damaged item claim.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
